The residential complex for “HOLIDAY HOUSES” is located a few steps from the equipped beach of Marzamemi ,in the southernmost meridian of Tunis and a few meters from the tourist village of Marzamemi.
The facility offers three types of airy comfortable air-conditioned apartments with sea views, parking space inside the facility, WiFi, outdoor showers with hot water, barbecue available for guests, and coin-operated washing machine in a common room.
Between sea, beaches, seaside villages and stone gardens, the enviable geographical location of the locality allows for an infinite number of beaches and coves within a radius of about 5 km, and also a variety of seabeds, landscapes and colors all to be discovered in the fascinating Vendicari Nature Reserve.

- Arrival and Departure: You can check in from 16:00 to 23:00.
- On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 am.
- Four-legged friends: Dogs are welcome in our residence and there is no extra charge
- Extra bed for children: It is possible to request an extra bed for children up to 3 years of age.
- Tourist tax: 3 EURO per person
STRUCTURE RULES
THE FINAL BALANCE MUST BE MADE PREFERABLY AT CHECK IN OR IN ANY CASE THE DAY BEFORE DEPARTURE. For credit and debit card payments, guests are asked to settle the bill for their stay within 24 hours of arrival.
