Pantheon of Syracuse
DESCRIPTION
The Pantheon of Syracuse is an ancient Greek temple dedicated to all the gods. It is located in Sicily, Italy and dates back to the 3rd century BC. The Pantheon was an important place of worship and meeting for the Syracusan community, known for its impressive architecture and sculptural decorations. Today, many of its ruins are still visible and the site has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
