OVERVIEW

FOR RENT (only short periods) comfortable apartments in the town of Marzamemi, located on the beach Marinella a few minutes walk from the historic center.
Very close to many commercial and gastronomic activities of Marzamemi.
Casa Liam on the ground floor has a private veranda with direct access to the beach.
Casa Marinella on the upper floor has a livable balcony overlooking the sea (Marzamemi and islet Brancati included).
Each apartment consists of a double bedroom, small bedroom with bunk beds, eat-in kitchen, sofa bed, bathroom with shower stall.
Free equipment and services: water, electricity, gas, cleaning charges, air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen (for 1 week), set of towels for each guest, cutlery and various dishes, coffee maker, nr. 2 deck chairs + umbrella.
No-barbecue.
No-smokers.
Pets are allowed to be agreed upon with extra charge.
No-breakfast.
Check-in after 4 pm.
Check-out by 10.00 a.m. Tourist tax € 1.50 for guests age 13 to 75 years (max 5 days per person)
